Anything which has SA/Lic is a paper license for Software Assurance. I believe anything with MVL means volume licensing.
What do you actually want to buy In general with SQL Server you buy either a per processor license for each proc in the server, or you buy a licene for the server and then a license for each client. You then also have the option of buy SA on each of these types.
