WebParts not found for Reporting Services

I created my first Webpart .aspx page in SharePoint 2003. I created a new Document Library and assigned my webpart page to that library. Now when I go to Document Libraries, click on that webpart, I get the page but I no longer see the buckets for the layout..nor do I see the Explorer to allow me to try to add webparts. How do I get to this screen again that allows you to drag and drop items into my page It's just a blank page with a header right now....whereas when I first created this webpart, it asked me for the layout then showed me the layout after...I just want to get back to this edit page for the layout and to add webparts again.

Thanks but how come now, when I am clicking on my webpart link in the document library I created, I cannot see the design layout of the page

yea, looks like you have to modify it not from the server, but from your PC...then I can see the design layout fine.

When I click Help, nothing happens. The same thing happened a while back when I was able to see the design layout, I tried clicking on the Virtual Server Gallery and nothing happened. I am clicking through the sharepoint site from the server, should I be doing this through the URL on my PC

Ok, I copied over the cab file from my report server to this SharePoint server and ran the install command script. The command prompt came up and closed very quickly so I can't tell if anything really followed through.

I went back to my webparts aspx page and still don't see that option in Virtual Server Web Parts after refreshing my page.

Have you created a website you should see something like "Modify this workspace".
