well, i have installed asp.NET 2.0, SQL 2005 with Sharpointservices 2.0 SP1
and the latest patches...
i recieve always #50070: no connection to the database possible, well i checked all logins, roles and security and didn’t find any further problem,
sharepoint service get started with an domain admin account who i local admin too,
the connection from sharepoint to the database is made with "sa"....
anyway my question is if there any known problems btw sharepoint services 2.0 SP1 and SQL 2005 includign .NET framwork 2.0....

well finally it works out, the event log is "nearly" clean now :-)
but before i gonna start to install VSTFS 05 another problem occured...
the whole time the analyse service started automatic and proper but suddenly it don’t start again and i recieve this in the event log
"Schedule and Delivery Processor has not been granted access to the catalog content."
well, maybe a stupid question but what the heck is the Schedule and Delivery Process and how can i manage it’s rights
any ideas here too

The configuration you are trying is not yet supported but works in many cases. Read the blog post for message from Microsoft on using SQL Server 2005 with SPS.

SPS 2003 requires a trusted connection which means you would need to use Windows Authentication. So you would need to specify a Windows User with access to the Database when you configure the database.

This seems to be a SQL Server Reporting Services Error. I think you need to activate the Report Server with the rsactivate utility and reboot.
