Hello my big problem for today.
I downloaded sql express advanced with reporting services and when I try to install
it on step: "sql server database services" I recive the error below:

After the error message it rolls back instalation.
I have no ideea why, because my friends installed it also and they didn't recive
any error.

Did you ever resolve this issue If you're still having this problem, check the error logs as suggested by the message and reply to the thread with what they contain so we can continue troubleshooting.

You should post your question as a new thread with complete details such as what version you're installing, whether it's an upgrade or fresh install, what OS and any information from the error log that is pertinent.

Hi,
on which OS are you running How did you call the setup routine, please paste your commandline in here. Itwould be also interesting to see the setup files that SQL Express created during the installation.
