You can create subscriptions which send reports by email to receivers.
You can determine if you want to include the report as well as a link for the report.
You can select the format of the report which will be included within the email while you are creating the subscription for the report.
If you select the render format as web archive then the email text will include the report. If you select for instance .pdf or excel then the report will be attached to the email in that format.
