in some posts and in one presentation file (http://www.sharepointcustomization.com/demos/webcasts/Workflow%20Options%202%20%20Document%20Library%20Events%20and%20Building%20Workflow%20Solutions%20in%20Sharepoint/GLS%20B/T419.ppt) (T419.ppt) I see the references to the assemblies starting with Microsoft.SharePoint.Workflow.
Could anyone give a clue where those assemblies could be obtained or which product they come with

That assembly is part of Office 12 (Office 2007) and is available when you install the server portion of office. The public Beta for office should come out some time in early summer I'd guess, based on when they are releasing.
