  There is a sample installed with Beta1 entitled "Workflow Monitor."  This should be exactly what you are looking for.

  i dont find it in the samples installed with beta1 but i find one in the winfx msdn here :

  i guess this is the same but in the winfx msdn there is no way to download this sample.
  There is a :
  
  "download the sample by cliking the link above"
  
  but there is no download link above.

  Hi,
  
  When you install Beta1, you should have a Windows Workflow Foundation item in your Start -> Programs menu.  Select the Windows Workflow Foundation Help and navigate to the following node:
  
     -Windows Workflow Foundation Samples
        -Application Samples
           -Workflow Monitor
  
  You will then be able to save all of the files to your disk and use it.
