Has anyone tried to install .NET compiler on Vista build 5308 The error log said
ERROR: Could not configure security settings for Application Center Test. (0x80041003)
I'm running as Administrator, should I have all the authority

I could not figure it out but in order to get it installed, I removed Application Center Test.

I've tried with thee same verison of Vista and have tried several times with different versions of .Net Enterprize architect being the most recent and I have not found a way around it. If you do would you please let me know.
