I am trying to use the selfssl.exe program to add a security certificate to my IIS server so I can do some ASP development. I am receiving the following error "Failed to acquire the cryptographic context: 0x8009000f". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling IIS but I still get the same error. I am running XP SP2. Any help would be appreciated.
