    no, it uses an earlier version of the 2.0 framework. It will only be a few days until the release of vs express, you should uninstall the beta, and install the release version. Theres a tool to help @ http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005/uninstall/preRTMuninstall/default.aspx

    the express release is not for free download and i live in nepal so there is no chance of getting hands on VS 2005 for about a year or more!
