Proxy usage in WSE 3.0 Messaging Manual

Hi,

I am writing simple WSE 3.0 service. In the Messaging Manual is written that one can inspect messages using TcpTrace utility just by changing the web service address to use port 8080. However I could not make it run until I added EndpointReference.Via object that specifies the proxy location. This seems to be the proper way of doing it but still the question is if there is another way of tracing messages, without setting the Via property, or just the manual should be updated
