There's so much to talk about with this question. Can you be more specific on what you are looking for I assume you are looking at building web services, and web service clients using VS.NET.
If you already know how to program in .NET then you're on your way. If you need .NET coding knowledge then I would suggest starting by getting your MCSD.NET certification as this will force you to learn the basics.
