When i try to develope a web project in C# for Asp.Net i get an error messege saying access denied and How do i get rid of this so i can program on the web please help!!

I've experienced this kind of error. What I did was reinstall the IIS then run the aspnet_regiis -i on the commandline (it's located in C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\<framework version>). Reboot and it all went fine...

Actually, IIS is bundled in WinXP Pro. All I did is goto Add or Remove Programs and then goto Add/Remove Windows Components. I just unchecked the IIS.
Also be sure that your IIS is running. Check it in Control Panel->Administrative Tools->IIS->Default Website. See if the play button is disabled (It means its already running)...
