Beta 2 Webcontrol Menu - Displays under a label control

I have inserted a web menu control in a web user control.  Than I have inserted my custom control on a webform.  When I put my mouse cursor of a dynamic menu item, it will display under my label control.  Why   Is there I setting I am missing
