It looks like Introducing MicrosoftR ASP.NET 2.0 (~$30) is already out, and CLR via C#: Applied MicrosoftR .NET Framework 2.0 Programming, Second Edition will be out soon. All the books I've read form Microsoft Press are very well written, so these are definetly worth a shot.

If you download and register for the Express Edition products, you will get access to a couple of free books online.
One of them is here on this link:

As for ASP.NET 2.0, many of the already released books are on Beta1 and so I would recommend you wait before you buy a book.
Here is a good book releasing in October:
Professional ASP.NET 2.0 (Wrox)
by Bill Evjen, Scott Hanselman, Farhan Muhammad, Devin Rader, Srinivasa Sivakumar (To be Released: October 24, 2005)
