This is driving me insane. :) I am just trying to see if it is possible to show whether or not a contact is online. The only catch is its an internal SIP connection, but I want external people to be able to see if they are logged in.

In my case, I run a CS department, and we all log into Messenger each day, if I could show on a public website the status of my agents they would know how long of a wait to expect.

    sorry its not a set of api's that do this currently.

    I think there is...

    You might be able to create a bot all employees can add to their list. In this bot you should be able to see their statusses. I'm not 100% sure whether this can be done with there current Bot SDK's available, but I would certainly expect so.

    It sounds like you're using LCS w/SIP internally If that's the case, I believe there are API's in LCS for pulling presence which you could display on web page.
