Deployment and/or registration failed with error: 0x8973190e. Error writing file '\Windows\NETCFV2.ppc.armv4.cab'. Error

I wrote a smart divice application for a pocket pc 2003 in C# visual studios 2005. I have had no problem deploying straight to the device and am now ready to start training on the application and needed to deploy to the emulator so i can get screen shots to add to my user guide. Needless to say, when i try to deploy to the emulator i get:

Error 1 Deployment and/or registration failed with error: 0x8973190e. Error writing file '\Windows\NETCFV2.ppc.armv4.cab'. Error 0x80070070: There is not enough space on the disk.
