SP1 for .Net framwork and language issues

Hello!

We have a Windows 2003 server, 1.1 .NET Framework installed and all Windows Update patches installed.
Version number on file Mscorlib.dll file
(according to http://support.microsoft.com/ kbid=318785&sd=msdn) is 1.1.4322.2300. This should
indicate that we are using SP 1 for .NET Framework.

However, when we try to install a fix from MS named "WindowsServer2003-KB894092-v2-x86-enu.exe", it
says:
"Setup cannot continue because one or mote prerequisites required to install KB894092 faild. For more
details check the log file c:\windows\kb894092.log"

This log says:

Our conclusion is that our system has somehow not registered the installation of Service Pack 1. If we check the registry, accordning to line 4
(above), there is nothing there about .NET sp1.
Is it anyone who has another idea
