Windows Mobile 5 and Java

I don't even know if this is the right area or not, but I have a problem and maybe someone here can help.

I have a PPC 6700 from Sprint. I am trying to install a Java program onto it. The file type is a .jad. I have tried installing every single java program that I can find on my desktop pc and pocket pc. I can't do it. I know absolutely nothing about programming. Don't understand any coding (uuecode-What's that ) Completely lost. I have installed IBM J9. No help. Can't even get that to work. Even tried other similar programs, and nothing worked. Does anyone have any ideas
