Dear MSDN support,
When i am deploying the emulator and running the following URL in the emulator to check if i have access to a publication i got an error telling me that i could not connect because i have no connection, but i have just setup a proxy setting on the emulator because i only connect to the internet through a gateway!
http://my_computer_name or the ip_address/publication_name i.e. the same as the database/sscesa20.dll

Hello Mr. Ahmad
Can you please let me know if you can connect to internet using current emulator settings from pocket internet explorer I am asking this question because if you can access the internet this will mean that connectivity seems to be working fine between emulator and desktop and there could be something missing specific to Sql.

Thank you for your great attention! Regarding your last question i think i had answered previously that connecting to the internet through the pocket pc internet explorer worked properly but i still do not have access to the desired URL for the subscription of the Replication between Sql 2005 and Sql Mobile 2005!
I am still working on it, if there exist any assistance regarding my problem, i'll be glad to know about it soonly.

Thank you alot for your support it realy works regarding connecting the emulator to the internet, but my problem is that i am making Replication between SQL server 2005 and SQL Server 2005 Mobile Edition, and there is a step to verify if the subscription is available and can be seen by the emulator; that is i have to type the following address in the internet explorer of the emulator (http://'the ip address'/ 'the subscription name'/sscesa20.dll) and it is giving me ( "Cannot find " the above address" or one of it's components. Make sure the path and file name are correct and all the required libraries are available ")!
I am looking forward to getting support in this problem if possible, thank you alot for your attention.
