Are there any tools for developing C++ program on PPC?

I am a programmer on C++ and trying to work with my PPC when I am on job. After sometimes I tried to develop some software for C++ code inputting on my PPC, I found that I need some function more just like what I do on my notepad.

I wander that if there are some software that developed by micorosft I can download to fit my work.
