  for example my pocket pc 2003 OS has a login function that is an os feature and can be extended with addons.
  
  some have thumprint hardware.
  
  I am working with a CE.Net 4.1 handheld that has no builtin login functions and is a pain to lock down.

  not that I know of in ce.net 4.1

  But I have not had time to dig deep on this item.

  ppc 2003 seems to have a built in login function that's not in ce.net 4.1 as far as I know.
