The fact that you want to call it from VB.Net (I assume because your really didnt state it) shouldnt be an issue. If you dont get an quick answer from one of these source I'd be very surprised.
Off the top of my head I dont know But the application your trying to do is a word automation project and you are looking for assistance with the methods/properties of word rather than anything specific to the VB Language
