VB 2005 Express Beta 2 Install

After install I am getting "There is not content available yet. Content will be downloased once a connection to the internet is established".

I got here through the VB 2005 Express 'Online Community' link, so how do I fix this. I've already done a reinstall already and the files were downloaded.
