Changing Network Card Settings Using Vb.net 05

Hello,

Is it possible to change the network card settings using VB.net 2005 If so... How would I be able to tell be which nic I was changing if there were more then one in a unit.

What I am looking to do is when users go from site to site they need the abilty to change from 10/half - 10/full and 100/full to allow them to work properly.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
