Blocking Pop ups when auto-delegating tasks in Outlook

I've noticed at work that when a manager tries to delegate a task, a msg box pops up saying something like "someone is attempting to access your account...how long do you want to allow, etc."

Well, I have a macro that managers will run that will automatically delegate a lot of tasks to a lot of individuals and I want to get it done with no extraneous user input. Meaning, if John is delegating a task to Mary, then Mary should not have to do anything except click the Accept button.

How can I block those pop-ups in my macro i.e. I don't want to have to go to each person's computer and change their settings.

Well, now that my programming "expert" has returned and had a couple seconds to look at this website, I have concluded that he doesn't know what he's doing.  At least, he said he couldn't find the necessary information there. So, if there is anything else that could help a novice user, I'm all for it.

I found the answer on Microsoft Office discussion groups from another post of mine. This should help anyone else searching for the answer to a similar question.

The answer lies in Redemption.dll. Check out this link for more information:

Thank you for the link.  As a novice, however, I think I am going to have to delegate this problem out to the guy who knows more than me. It would take me way too long to figure that information out. I have sent him the link. I really appreciate it.
