SAPI with Mike and Mary

I downloaded the Mike and Mary voices but after clicking on the .exe it simply unzips a file. No indication of how to distribute this file or install this file on an XP machine.

I can't find anything in contorl panel. Anyone know how to get these voices installed in Windows Can I write an install program to have clients install these voices without them having to do it thru Control Panel

Appreciate any ideas on this.
