copy my.settings / app.config

hi there, its me again :)

soo.. i have a question.. in an application i have to include the possibility, to save the settings (which is automatically done) manually, so if the user is doing something stupid, the external saved settings should able to be restored. is this possible using vb or should i tell them to save the app.config file manually

i hope my explenation is clear enough.. my english is not the best.
