How can i answer an incoming call using TAPI 3.0 in vb.net?

I have written small application to alert for incoming calls. it is working fine but now i want to add functionality of answering incoming calls into it. I used msdn help to code my requirement. but it is not working well.

Kindly send me an example to accept incoming calls on H323 TSP.
