Could you be more specific as to what you are looking for I can point you in the right direction in regards to books/tutorials/etc... it sounds like you aren't just sure where to start. Nobody's going to write your entire app for free though, even the nice folks on this board
I'm hesitant to write the code, because most of the time, you'll come back asking to write more code... The forums are used for help on specific things, not making the entire app.
Instead, i am going to give the link to 101 VB samples. you'll find examples for pretty much all you've requested in your post there. Read them, use them, learn them.
Ok, on my app i have a menu and its got a prog on it (EG. Notepad)
Now someone downloads this prog and wants to add 'paint' to it, so they click on 'settings' and another window comes up, they click on 'add program', and a folderbrowsing thing comes up where u choose the program you want to add. Then a window comes up asking what the name will be, he might call it something like 'painting'
then he clicks 'ok' and the app adds his program to the menu, so now on the menu there is a prog called 'painting' and it opens up paint!
Well thats what i want to happen, but i hav no-idea how
If you're offering to pay someone to write your program, you may have some takers (even though this is certainly the wrong forum for that type of request). However, we won't write your program for you.
If you have a specific question, we'd be happy to help. Buying a good VB.NET book may be a good place to start.
please help!
