Run time err

I'm using Quickbooks for small buisness 2005 and trying to print envelopes which has worked in the past. When I tried to do it today I got the following message

Run Time Error

-2147467259 (80004005)

Method 'ReturnAddress' of object 'Envelope' failed

my obtions of continue or debug are not available to use only end or help. When you choose print envelope it goes to a Microsoft Word document to do it. This is where I am getting the run time error. Any help. Thanks.

    Has this been solved yet I am having the exact same problem. I have created a new normal.dot file and made sure that omit return address is not checked. The program printed envelopes fine and all of a sudden it started giving this error.

    I have the same issue with Pro 2006, always have had it since I bought it. I have had Intuit on the phone for the last Hour and a half and they have checked all of Quickbooks and resolved that it was a Microsoft issue. Very frustraing!!!

    This forum has experts on VB.NET and Visual Studio .NET. I'm afraid we aren't the right folks to help you with this Quickbooks and Small Business 2005 server.

    I suggest finding a forum or newsgroup targeting this QuickBooks product.

    I think the posting above was pretty explanatory.

    Quickbooks is not a Microsoft Product so your probably highly unlikely to get support from microsoft on someone elses product

    You may want to divert you questions to Intuit Software Support (as it is there product)
