New Release of J# Browser Controls

I havent seen a new release of J# Browser controls for a while. Is it dropped
We have been making investments on it, so I was wondering if it is about to be
dropped or if we are going to see a new release soon

Thanks and regards,

New Release of J# Browser Controls

    Hi Bora -

J# Browser Control support is here to stay! What we've done in J# 2005 is actually incorporate the J# Browser Control functionality into the J# Redistributable. That means that customers who acquire and install the J# Redistributable will have all of the Browser Control functionality built-in without the need to acquire the J# Browser Controls runtime as well.

Also, the old J# Redistributable was 6.5MB. Even with the additional J# Browser Control functionality and new API functionality as well (such as Swing functionality and some new JDK functionality) the J# Redistributable is only 3.5MB. We were able to reduce the size of it significantly due to some refactoring and relying on more functionality from the underlying .NET Framework.

I hope you continue to enjoy success with J#. Thank you for your question.
