As a workaround you can select a higher communication speed and specify the appropriate percentage of bandwidth to be available for your application. For example, you could specify a J3 (31 Mbps) line and set the available bandwidth to 10%.
There is no direct way to edit or create new site linkage
types. However, you can effectively create arbitrary linkage speeds by utilizing
the "Available %" parameter when you specify a new site-to-site
linkage.
For example, to create the equivalent of a 3MPS linkage, select a Fractional T3
linkage (11 MBPS) between the sites and specify that only 27% of it is
available for use.
Being able to specify linkage speeds directly is currently being evaluated for SCCP
v2.0.
