sending message from tcp socket to a webservice

hi everyone,

is it possible to send a message from a tcp socket to a webservice i ask coz i don't know what to do anymore to my application . i'm not getting the message i'm sending to the webservice (string is null). but on the ethereal i can see the packet i sent from the tcp socket. i'll really appreciate any help. thanks.
