Outlook plugin with express beta 2

Hi,

I've got #develop and express beta 2 (and will probably get VS 2005 when it comes out for real).

I understand with vs.net there is a wizard to help you create plugins for office apps. It seems this plugin isn't in c# express, if it possible to build a plugin manually or do you need the output of the wizard
