Multiple Management Servers

Does the current version support more than one management server in a single MOM management group We have three management servers, a database server and a data warehouse server for 900 agents. I am trying to model that with CP and I am not sure it is allowing for agents being spread across multiple management servers.

    Yes, multiple management servers in a single management group are supported. If you already have your management servers connected to the LAN, all you need to do is to add separate client profiles, each one bound to the appropriate management server. You can do this by following these steps:

    1. In the Model Editor, go to the site where the agents need to be added.
    2. In the Current View Actions pane, click Add a client profile
    3. Fill in the fields with the necessary data. You can bind this particular set of agents to a specific management server by selecting the desired management server in the Serviced by dropdown listbox.
