    I currently have code that can get images, but still needs some visible handle to create the video in. A solution to the problem would be an invisible handle that does draw everything while being invisible. Does anyone know if this exists

    The application in the link you gave me, doesnt actually even use the picturebox for pictures, it just uses it's handle to put the video capture window in it, and it also stops returning video when it's minimized cause of this.. :(
