Visual C#.Net Standard 2003 is only estimated $109. It is cheaper than MSDN Library itself ($199). I can't understand, Visual C#.Net Standard 2003 includes the MSDN Library isn't it
Yes, Questa is correct that the MSDN Library updates quarterly. It will also include some partner documentation that may not have been included in the box when you buy VS.NET 2003 (for example, you might get all the visual studio docs but maybe not the SQL docs).
As far as I know, the MSDN Library subscription will give you ALL MSDN Libraries for one year, whereas Visual C# .NET 2003 Standard only gives you one.

Indeed, you are right. That is the different. The MSDN Library updates quarterly. Take a look at this quote from the How to Buy Microsoft Developer Products site.
Through the MSDN Library you can conveniently access a centralized source of well-organized technical information that is updated quarterly. Information and resources provided in the MSDN Library help you to increase your productivity by working faster and smarter while learning how to incorporate the latest technologies from Microsoft into your applications

When you allready have a copy of Visual Studio .NET you must have the MSDN Library as well.
It is strange that the Library is more expensive than Visual C#.NET included the Library and some great poster
