c# program to translate from arabic to english?

Hi i was wondering if anybody had any ideas how i could translate between arabic and english. I have a c# program that currently translates between european languages using the Babelfish web service. However i have no idea how i could go about going from aranic to english

Does anybody have any ideas Does anybody know of any web services that are out there
