aspnetmmcext.dll

Hi, I'm developing a C# application for MMC Snap-in using Com Interop. I need the above to include the Microsoft.asp.snapin name space. I can't find this file any where. Is this because I'm developing in C# and not ASP I'm using VS 2005 (C# 2.0), on windows 2000 OS.
