Outlook 2007 Beta blank email

In trying to stay on the bleeding edge of software to better help my customers, I intalled 2007 office beta. well it looks great but the outlook or myself has a problem.

ALL email is blank, text or html, I can forward a perfectly good email file from Outlook express and open it in 2007 and it is blank all you can see is sender information.

I tried sending in error information from within Outlook but have yet to get a responce.

Did I miss somthing in setup or is this a known bug.

    Hello rayfward,

    There are several a few things that could be causing this with the beta.

    1. If you have AVG (Grisoft anti-virus program) you wil want to turn off email certification. You can do this by unticking the "certify mail" check box in AVG. Your email will still be scanned for viruses, however, you will no longer see the text attachement at the bottom that states AVG has scanned and certified your mail. Note that this will only work for new email. It will not fix the display of email you received since installing Outlook 2007 beta.

    2. Outlook 2007 beta has had some issues with "themes." If you don't have AVG installed try disabling themes. You can do this by going to Tools-Options-Mail Format-Stationary and Fonts - Theme. Once there select <none>.

    I had the same problem but thought I had sorted it when I switched AVG off.

    Unfortunately, the only e-mail that appears to still be blank are the ones I send from work (Office 2002) to home (2007 Beta). Subject line and attachments are in the e-mails but no text !

    Any help.

    I have the same issue. Only I recieved email from someone I could initially read but the next time I tried to open it, it was blank. Also all the mail sent to recipiant is blank.

    Hello Paul:

    I have had intermitant blanks. Most of my mail goes out OK but the odd one is blank. I will let you know if the AVG fix works. I have no themes currently active.
