How to set VS2005 to C#

Hi

When I installed VS2005 I set it up for C++. Now that I have started a C# project how do I set all the defaults to C#. I am talking about the news feed on the start page and defaults in help etc.

I have found how to change the RSS news feed for the news page but what is the URL for c#.
