Pending PO's on Great Plains

Hi

The problem is as follows:

I launches and proceeds with to login with my userid/pass. The moment I clicks on "Pending PO's" a window pop's up as follows:

Dictionary Not Loaded

EXCEPTION_CLASS_FORM_MISSING

SCRIPT_CMD_FORMDICT

===============================

I am able to successfully login (via my id/pass) via another computer. A new hard-disk and the OS were installed on my computer recently (Great Plains was installed after the OS install) following which, i was able to login and work on the Pending PO's, once. Thereafter, i had this problem and it is local to my computer. Could you please look into this and let me know

Hi Krishna,
1. Make sure that in your computer all 3rd party/additional components of Great Plains are installed and configured. If the required additional component(s) of Great Plains is/are not loaded and configuredproperly in your PC, you will get the same error.
2. If you have done the 1st point successfully, be sure that all your inhouse customization against Great Plains are loaded/installed correctly. I think this is your problem.
3. Be sure all rights properly granted for you. But if you can run the application except from your PC, that means there is no relevance for this point.
For example: If you are not loaded Purchase Order Enhancement module after installation of Great Plains, you couldn't apply workflow management of POP module.
