Various functionality missing from Visual C# 2005 beta2?

I can't find code definition window, some of the refactoring stuff, and some of the debugger stuff.  And they appear to be missing from customize-commands too.

I did notice something strange when i was messing around the settings importer/exporter.  One of the times I was playing with,  there was a bunch of 'key' errors related to this functionality stated above.

    I seem to be missing functionality that was in Beta 1 as well.  Specifically I can't get the "Extract Interface..." refactoring option to appear.  Other refactoring options DO appear (Refactoring is not listed in the feature list via the link above.  It is NOT excluded from the Express edition.)

    I seem to recall seeing somewhere that refactoring is not included in the Express editions.  See http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005/productinfo/productline/default.aspx for a full overview overview of the differences in VS versions.

    Code Definition View was definitely in express Beta1, and I'm not sure why the debugger functionality would be missing (enable/disable breakpoints) from the menu.

    With C#Express Can't seem to find setting external program as startup executable for DLL project. Is the mechanism for setting changed from Beta1
