Create shapes, rectangles and ovals that can be dragged and dropped in a page

Hi!

I am trying to create rectangles and ovals which once created can be dragged and dropped around a boundry. Also, I am trying to create arrows that can be linked to the objects so that when I move around the object, the arrow moves along with them as well. What I am thinking is something like autoshapes in Word or Excel. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
